What Business Standard gives your team

Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. SharePoint and OneDrive give every user 1 TB of cloud file storage. Each person can install the apps on five computers, five tablets, and five phones, so the office desktop, the home laptop, and the phone all stay in sync. We license it, deploy it, and keep it healthy.

Managed, not just resold

Anyone can sell you a license. Managed means the daily work is handled: new hires get a working account, email, and apps on day one. Departed employees lose access the same day, before the badge hits the drawer. Shared mailboxes, calendars, and permissions get set up right. And every how-do-I question has a person behind it: restoring a deleted file, fixing a phone that stopped syncing, setting an out-of-office for someone who left sick.

The serverless office

Most clients run entirely on Microsoft 365: no aging server in a closet, no five-year replacement bill, no single box that takes the whole office down. Files live in SharePoint and open from anywhere without VPN gymnastics. Email is Exchange Online with 99.9 percent uptime backed by Microsoft. Some businesses still run one application that needs a server. We support those too, with more than 20 years of server experience, and we plan the path off when it makes sense, secured by Defender and Intune.

Migrations without drama

Coming from Google Workspace, an old Exchange server, or another provider? We migrate mailboxes, calendars, contacts, and files with a plan and a rollback. The switch happens over a weekend. Monday morning, everyone's email simply works, history included.

What happens when an employee leaves?

Tell us once. Access ends the same day, the mailbox converts to a shared archive, and files transfer to their manager. Nothing walks out the door.

Do we still need our server?
