Helpdesk & Support Without the Runaround
Edward Technology provides unlimited helpdesk and onsite support to businesses with 10 to 75 employees across Chicago's western and northwestern suburbs. Engineers answer. Remote fixes start fast. Onsite visits are included whenever hands are needed.
What unlimited actually means
Call, email, or text as often as your team needs. Remote support is unlimited. Onsite support is unlimited. Every how-do-I question about Microsoft 365, printers, phones, and everything between is covered. Nothing is metered, and that changes behavior: when support is free to use, people report the weird popup and the slow login early, while problems are still small. Metered support trains a team to live with broken things.
Engineers, not scripts
There is no offshore call center and no phone tree maze. The person who answers can actually fix things, and the same small team works your environment every time, so nobody re-explains their setup to a stranger. Recurring issues get root-caused instead of rebooted. Recurring problems often trace back to something unpatched or misconfigured, and we fix the cause, not the symptom.
How a ticket actually flows
You call, text, or email. An engineer picks it up and usually starts a remote session within minutes during business hours. If the fix needs hands, an onsite visit is scheduled from whichever office is closer. When it is done, you get closure notes in plain English: what broke, what we did, and whether anything needs watching.
Onsite from two local offices
Support runs out of Elmhurst City Centre and the Ice House Mall in Barrington. Most client offices across the western and northwestern suburbs sit within about a 25-minute drive of one of them. There are no trip fees and no mileage line items. Ever.
How fast will someone actually respond?
Remote support typically starts within minutes during business hours, not callback queues. Onsite visits are dispatched from whichever office is closer to you. 24/7 plans extend that coverage around the clock.
Do you charge trip fees for onsite visits?
No. Onsite support is included in the flat monthly rate, from either office. A support model with trip fees quietly trains your provider to avoid your office. Ours does the opposite.
Can my employees contact you directly, or does everything go through me?
Anyone on your team can reach us directly by phone, email, or text. You stay informed without being the help desk yourself.

Try the difference
The complimentary onsite evaluation is a no-cost look at your network, Microsoft 365, security, and backups, and it ends with straight answers about what support should cost and cover. Call 847.737.8111.
